Oh, well. That didn't last long. There will be fewer posts through August, I promise. But you have to read this, a finely researched and written New Yorker piece by Lawrence Wright about the Madrid bombings and the Internet. It includes the following, as well as much else that is designed to open your eyes:

"The Internet jihadis now cover themselves by stealing unguarded server space. Jihad videos have recently been discovered on servers belonging to George Washington University and the Arkansas Department of Highways and Transportation."
